Hi, I'm Katherine "Kat" Palms.
For more than a decade, I've helped people create lives that feel more grounded, intentional, and supportive through movement, retreats, and wellness-centered living.
Over the years, one truth has become increasingly clear:
Well-being isn't something we find.
It's something we create.
It lives in our daily routines, our relationships, the spaces we inhabit, the communities we belong to, and the choices we make each day.
My work is centered around helping people connect with what supports their health, happiness, and quality of life—not through perfection or dramatic transformation, but through small, meaningful shifts that create lasting impact.
Movement
Movement was my entry point into well-being and remains one of my favorite ways to help people connect with themselves.
Through yoga, Pilates, mobility work, breathwork, and nervous system practices, I help individuals build strength, resilience, and greater awareness of how they move through their lives.
Retreats
Retreats offer an opportunity to step away from the noise of daily life and return to what matters most.
Whether in Northern Michigan, Sedona AZ, Greece, Sicily, South Africa, or beyond, each experience is thoughtfully designed to inspire connection, reflection, adventure, and renewal.
My goal is simple: to create spaces where people can slow down, gain perspective, and return home feeling more alive.
Home & Environment
The environments we live in shape our behaviors, relationships, routines, and overall well-being.
As a REALTOR® with @properties Christie's International Real Estate, I help clients think beyond square footage and aesthetics to consider how a home supports the life they want to create.
Because where we live influences how we live.
My Approach
Everything I do is rooted in a simple belief: The spaces we inhabit, the people we surround ourselves with, and the rituals we practice each day shape the quality of our lives.
Whether through movement, retreats, or real estate, my work is about helping people create lives that feel supportive from the inside out.
Because well-being isn't reserved for vacations, special occasions, or someday. It's something we live—every day.

I include this quote because it reflects a philosophy that has shaped my work for more than a decade.
While medicine plays an essential role in health, I've become increasingly interested in the everyday factors that influence how we feel, age, and thrive—how we move, what we eat, the environments we live in, the quality of our relationships, and the habits that shape our days.
My experiences studying yoga and wellness, leading retreats, teaching movement, and now working in real estate have reinforced a simple belief: our daily choices and surroundings have a profound impact on our well-being. Health is not created by a single intervention; it is built through the systems, spaces, and behaviors that support us over time.
This quote serves as a reminder that lasting well-being begins with prevention, education, and personal responsibility—and that creating a healthy life often starts with caring for the body, home, and environment we inhabit every day.
